This is a problem with all S2000s with some age and miles
 
The wind Noise around the wind Shield molding as the rubber seal looses it's tension
 
This is a unique material almost identical to the small piece that's in the corners for your S2000.
 
It's rubberized foam that spans the whole windshield molding allowing for a much tighter seal.
 
This installs inside the existing molding.
 
Remove the small piece on each corner, the slide in this full length.
 
Cut to size .
 
You can use silicone spray and coat the seat with Shin- etzu grease to help it slide in easier.
