This exact system is used at my house, I did run a hard water line using upcv 3/4" to a Garden threaded fitting or  you can simply use a garden hose to feed it.
 
It screws to your wall with 9 fasteners ( Not included )
 I used 1/4 Tapcon screws .
It's complete and self contained. Hook water to it and plug it in.

To install:
 
Hang the aluminum bracket to the wall while leaving the 4 screws at the top loose ( around 1/4" out)
See second to last picture) 
 The shelf hangs on the 4 screws, you then tighten the screws securing the shelf.
 
Then attatch the high pressure while hose to the pump, use supplied clamp.
 
Run a garden hose fitting to the pump, plus it in. Done. It couldn't be easier.
